By booking a cleaning service with Izzy Clean, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Izzy Clean provides residential cleaning services as scheduled through our online booking system. Services are delivered according to the details selected at booking.

2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is charged at the time of booking. All prices are estimates based on the information provided. Additional charges may apply if the actual condition or size of the home differs significantly from what was booked.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change.

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

$50 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

50% of the service price will be charged if cancelled within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time.

No-shows or inability to access the home may be charged accordingly.
All cancellations must be made through the booking system or by contacting us directly.

4. Access to the Home
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property, including:

Entry instructions

Alarm codes (if applicable)

Securing pets
If our team cannot access the property, cancellation fees may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area.

6. Damages & Liability
Izzy Clean is fully insured.Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service. Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage is not covered.

7. Right to Refuse Service
Izzy Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a home is unsafe, unsanitary, or if inappropriate behavior occurs.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
